Bhutan is a truly magical place, unlike anywhere I’ve ever been and I cannot imagine a better, more fun, more seamless experience which was all thanks to Bhutan Majestic Travel (BMT).
BMT came highly recommended by a group of friends who visited Bhutan several years ago and I am so happy that I took their advice. From the moment I contacted BMT, everyone was always responsive, helpful, and extremely accommodating. I heard back within hours from the owner, Namgay Dorji, and within a day I had an itinerary in my inbox that was customized to our interests and needs. As we finalized the details, our dates changed, but BMT took it in stride and adapted the plan. BMT was even so thoughtful as to book our airplane seats on the side of the plane where we could see the Himalayas on the way there and on the way back.
The entire trip was beyond spectacular with cultural viewings (Punakha Dzong), day hikes (Tiger’s Nest), beautiful nature (seeing the black neck cranes), hot stone baths at a farm house, rafting along the river in Punakha and good food- absolutely everything we could have wanted.
Our guide, Jigme, knew the answer to every question we asked and was just an awesome guy to have with us for the duration of our trip.
You NEED to visit Bhutan, it has a calmness and serenity that is so rare in a place that is so beautiful and unique. And once in Bhutan, you just can’t go with any tour group other than Majestic. Bhutan is a Truly Magical Place
