Thimphu Tshechu “FESTIVAL” Dance

Residents of Thimphu will have the option of watching the three-day Thimphu tshechu, which begins on Friday, September 21, at home.

The Bhutan Broadcasting Service Corporation (BBSC) will telecast live the tshechu on all three days. The nationwide telecast will be accompanied by running commentary on the history and significance of the chhams and dances by the monk body and the Royal Academy for Performing Arts.
