We had a short but extremely enjoyable trip to Bhutan in November 2007. The service from the Bhutan Majestic Travel company was first rate. We were somewhat concerned that particularly due to a stay of just 6 days we would very much just be put on a standard package tour. However, very quickly when we arrived our guide Jamba made it clear that we had a basic itinerary but were flexible in being able to skip certain things that did not interest us and spend more time on the parts that did. In particular we were able to get”off the beaten track” a lot more than we expected änd visited some wonderfully peaceful spots. In particular, the guide’s extensive experience and professional knowledge and even that of the driver were integral to our enjoyment. We very much look forward to returning to Bhutan and have no hesitation in recommending Bhutan Majestic Travel.
