The Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina leaves Bhutan after State Visit
The Prime Minister of People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina bid adieu to Bhutan as she left the country, this morning.
Her Bhutanese counterpart, Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay saw her off at the Paro International Airport. Bangladeshi Prime Minister was in the country for three-day state visit.
She was invited to the country by Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay.
During the three-day state visit, His Majesty The King granted an Audience to the Bangladesh’s Prime Minister. Bhutan gifted a land at Hejo to the Government of Bangladesh to construct embassy.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina graced the International Conference on Autism and Neuro Developmental Disorders.
Her Excellency also graced the signing of six Memoranda of Understanding including two agreements to promote bilateral relationship between Bhutan and Bangladesh.
